🥳 Social Event: Give Life To The Community

Join us, the Vegan Activists United Lifeblood Team, for an afternoon of altruism in giving plasma to our most vulnerable human animals in our community. Whether you're a veteran or completely new (and nervous) to donating blood, this is the event for you. Not only will you guided by Lifeblood Team Champion Madeleine Snook throughout your appointment, you'll also meet likeminded altruistic vegans and bond over lunch, giving, and free refreshment sharing at the end.

📍 Event Info: Let's all come together for our second team donation day of the year! Every month we'll hit up a new donor centre and a new lunch spot- this time, we'll be kicking off our day of giving plasma at 12:30pm by meeting up first with a savoury (and cheap!) group lunch at:

Then, we'll all head over to the Town Hall Lifeblood Centre on George Street and save lives together. Each donation equates to 3 lives saved. Please note, there are only 6 seats available! To book your seat:

Don't forget to mention you'll be donating on behalf of the 'Vegan Activists United' team at your appointment 

IMPORTANT All seats must be claimed by 2pm on the 26th OF MARCH or they must be forfeited. 

🧠 Prepare & Get Involved

• Make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water the day prior, hydrate well the morning of, and feel healthy and well on the day. If you experience any sickness in the week leading up to the day, please call Lifeblood on 13 14 95 to check if you're still eligible to donate.
